Last Monday I got up early with plans to wash my hair since I didn't have class, but then I realized that I had an ice cream date with Najja Parker an editor from the Atlanta Journal Constitution. I just twisted the front of my hair and hoped for some kind curl pattern by the time I pulled up at Jeni's Slendid Ice Creams. They hand make the waffle cones and it smells like warm sugar inside. This spot was perfect for an interview. We ended up talking for 2 hours about how I got started on the path to college at 13. It is hard to tell the entire story in one sitting but I think they did a good job of telling key points. This is there ice cream bowl but I had the waffle cone with SUPERMOON flavor. It tastes like vanilla marshmallows. After the interview I tried to do a mini photo shoot but then it started raining...Oh well.
